What should I bring with me?
We suggest bringing a towel, swimwear, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing for before and after your session. We have changing facilities on-site.
Do I need to be an athlete to use the facility?
Not at all! Our facility is designed for everyone—whether you’re an athlete, someone who trains casually, or simply looking to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
Do I need to book in advance?
We can facilitate walk in appointments, however, we recommend booking in advance over the phone or through our website to ensure availability
How long should I stay in the sauna or cold plunge?

Absolutely. Our team is on hand to help you get the most out of each session and answer any questions you may have, whether you’re new to recovery methods or experienced.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes, we offer flexible membership options as well as single-session and multi-session packages to suit your lifestyle and recovery needs.
How many people can use the facility at one time?
Our facility fits 12 people at one time. This allows everyone to be able to utilize the facility in a way that best suits their needs.
How long are the slots ?
Each recovery session is 60 minutes, giving you ample time to use our facilities at your own pace.
How long should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
